We're expanding aggressively in 2026, pushing into new sectors and regions, and we want you to be part of the team driving that growth.
This is a road-based role focused on building relationships and uncovering real opportunities. You'll be introducing Fieldmotion directly to businesses, generating demand, and booking quality product demonstrations for our demo sales team. While the office may occasionally pass you appointments, your core responsibility is to proactively source and secure your own pipeline. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cold calling into businesses across Cork and the surrounding areas
- Introducing Fieldmotion and sparking interest in our software
- Booking high-quality product demonstrations for our demo sales specialists
- Following up on prospects to keep conversations moving forward
- Managing your own territory, lead generation, and appointment planning
- Representing Fieldmotion professionally in person, by phone, and over email
- Updating the CRM with visit notes, pipeline activity, and next steps
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator who thrives face-to-face
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently on the road
- Experience in field sales, B2B, or territory selling is an advantage
- Target-focused and motivated by earning commission
- Strong organisation skills, you know how to plan, prospect, and follow through
- Full clean driving licence
