Fieldmotion is a job management software platform. We work with companies across multiple industries including but not limited to Fire & Security, HVAC, Pest Control, Waste and Landscaping. Fieldmotion’s job management system needs altered and adapted to suit individual customer processes and workflows. The successful applicant would need to consult with customers, make suggestions and provide best practice guidelines for customers to be successfully onboarded. As a Workflow and Forms Administrator at Fieldmotion, you are an essential part of our onboarding/customer service team dedicated to understanding our customers unique requirements for their account paperwork and setup. Fieldmotion\\\’s mission is to provide cutting-edge field service management solutions, and your role is crucial in achieving this goal. You will work closely with the sales, customer service teammates and the development team to understand the customer’s requirements and translate them into well-structured and user-friendly digital forms. Leveraging Fieldmotion\\\’s form-building tools, you\\\’ll create dynamic forms that adapt to various scenarios and capture data efficiently, whether offline or online. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that the forms you build are functional and compliant with industry standards and regulations. You\\\’ll continuously refine and optimise forms based on feedback and evolving business needs, delivering exceptional user experiences.\”
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse customer forms (e.g. job sheets, checklists, reports) to ensure accurate digital replication.
- Review and consult with customers on their existing processes, workflows, and documentation needs.
- Design, build, and configure digital forms within the Fieldmotion platform, including conditions, visibility rules, and workflow logic.
- Conduct regular calls and meetings with customers to verify and refine form flows, ensuring they align with operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Data, Training, Development, and Account Management) to deliver seamless onboarding and support.
- Delegate and oversee form-building tasks across the wider team, ensuring consistency and quality of builds.
- Translate customer requirements into structured digital solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Apply knowledge of HTML to enhance form functionality and address customisation requests.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer workflows and implemented solutions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve form-building processes and platform functionality.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in dealing with customers in a customer service / consultation environment. Form building experience is not essential but preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum education level A-Level to include GCSE Maths and English at A – C/equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience working as part of an office-based team
- HTML experience
- 1+ years’ previous customer consultation role
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and task focused at all levels in both oral and written communications.
- Prosper in a fast-paced, task focused environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines
