- Help scale the regional customer-facing organization.
- Drive measurable revenue growth across the region.
- Strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships.
- Identify and close operational gaps as the business expands.

- Strong commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution.
- Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally.
