What you'll do
You’ll begin with a two‑week induction led by our Early Careers team, including an opportunity to visit our London headquarters. This will give you a strong introduction to Fieldfisher, our culture and the work we do.
Following induction, you’ll join your Condor team, where you’ll receive structured training across contract negotiation, document review and legal technology, alongside hands‑on experience from day one.
You’ll follow a tailored development programme that combines practical, on‑the‑job learning with ongoing support. Our Early Careers and People Development teams will work closely with you throughout the programme, helping you build skills, confidence and a strong foundation for your future career at Fieldfisher.
About you
- Degree: Law or Finance (ideally 2:1 or above).
