We are currently supporting a global technology business seeking the assistance of an interim French-speaking Technology Lawyer over the next six months.
Responsibilities
- This hire will work closely with the legal team and business stakeholders.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and services contracts.
- Leading and supporting contract negotiations with French-speaking counterparties.
- Advising on commercial and contractual risk in a pragmatic, business-focused manner.
Qualifications
- This is a hands-on, commercially focused role within a dynamic global tech business.
- The level of responsibility offered would suit a legal consultant with a minimum of 5 years PQE with a background in technology and commercial contracts.
- Fluency in French and English is essential, alongside prior experience working with technology clients or in-house tech teams.
