Recruitment Advisor (Fixed Term Contract) Join to apply for the Recruitment Advisor (Fixed Term Contract) role at FieldfisherWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join Fieldfisher\’s recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Fieldfisher\’s Belfast office. You will work closely with the recruitment manager to support the direct hiring of legal support and business services roles across the UK.About Us: The recruitment team, part of HR, is highly regarded for its focus on direct recruiting and talent retention. We operate across four key areas: fee earner recruitment, lateral hires, business services recruitment, and early careers. We seek someone with relevant experience who wants to impact the firm\’s success through their introductions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the life cycle of Business Services roles across areas such as Legal Support Services (Practice Administrators, Legal PAs, Document Production), IT, Risk, Finance, HR, and Knowledge and Information Services. This process includes:Meet with hiring managers to discuss and confirm job descriptions.Direct sourcing, including research, identification, and approach of talent via LinkedIn and other relevant channels.Candidate selection and interviews or assessment centres.Candidate management and feedback.Management of offer paperwork and onboarding.Market mapping.Support the wider team on new recruitment initiatives and projects.Support the fee earning recruitment team during busy periods.Conduct research to market map for roles and keep information up to date.Maintain relationships with new starters, supporting their onboarding and induction in the firm.Develop relationships with hiring managers and provide weekly updates.About You:Proven experience in a recruitment environment for several years.Experience within a professional services or law firm environment (preferred).Understanding of the legal sector and the law firm model is essential.Proven track record of researching and sourcing direct candidates for all roles, regardless of level, using tools such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels in the firm.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Positive attitude in line with Fieldfisher\’s values.Ability to prioritise workload and balance varied requirements, demonstrating excellent organisation skills.Full understanding and appreciation of maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work well as part of a small team and promote the team to internal clients.What do we offer?You can be yourself: It takes everyone to make us who we are.
