The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
There is currently a vacancy for a post-completion Paralegal to join our successful Real Estate Finance team. In this role, you will support the post-completion team and assist fee earners with Land Registry enquiries.
Please note that the successful candidate is required to be in the office 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a post-completion team responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
- Raising queries with Land Registry on behalf of Fee Earners
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- Sending completion of registrations for approval
- Registering charges and debentures at Companies House
- Updating expiry dates in a tracker and monitoring OS1 expiry dates
- Maintaining a post-completion tracker
- Communicating with solicitors/lenders
- Submitting deeds to lenders, clients, and storage
Experience and Knowledge
- Undergraduate law degree (2:1)
- Experience in residential conveyancing (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Customer service or administration experience (advantageous)
- Reliable
