We are seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping implement the security strategy, managing risk, vendor risk management, and business continuity/crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a deputy for the Head of Information Security.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Information Security, develop and implement information security policies, standards and documentation ensuring compliance with all applicable legal or regulatory legislations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage all security certifications to ensure compliance to applicable standards and regulations.
  • Manage vendor risk by conducting security assessments of third-party providers.
  • Manage audit findings (internal, external and client driven) to ensure that business departments understand issues and that remediations effectively mitigate information security risks.
  • Develop and manage the firm's business continuity and crisis management plans.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the firm's security policies are adhered to.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on information security best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, threats, and security technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Professional security management certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or similar.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience of operating in a similar role within the framework of and adhering to requirements of ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus or similar standards.
  • Strong knowledge of information security concepts and technologies, risk and vendor risk management, and business continuity/crisis management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
