As the team continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Lawyer to work closely with experienced colleagues on high-value claims. Support the investigation and progression of claims, including obtaining medical records, instructing experts, and analysing evidence. Draft legal documents including letters of claim, pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documents. Conduct legal research and prepare client briefings and case summaries. Liaise with clients, counsel, medical experts, and other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner. Assist with case management, including compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. About YouThe ideal candidate will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor who thrives in a collaborative, market facing and high-performing environment.
