Coordinating and managing large scale recordal projects on a worldwide basis, primarily relating to Assignment, Merger, Change of Name and Change of Address recordals, and often involving more than one recordal step and/or multiple parties Liaising with local counsel all over the world to coordinate recordal projects and ensure correct requirements are met Billing, records database and other administration duties relating to the aforesaid At least 3 years prior experience co-ordinating global trade mark recordals work either gained in a law firm or patent/trade mark Agency Experience supporting large scale/complex trade mark portfolio acquisitions Experience supporting lawyers in resolving historical chain of title issues Experience using WebTMS database desirable Able to work without supervision and to be able to demonstrate initiative In the office or WFH?: We think the best balance is more time in the office than at home, so we operate a 60:40 rule. private medical insurance, health cash plan, dental insurance, life assurance, critical illness insurance, matched pension contributions up to 7%, holiday trading, plus many more.
