The Vacancy Supporting the European Practice Group (EPG) leaders and teams in People and Work, this is a strategic role focused on key client development, cross-selling and new business generation. This is also a coordinating role, facilitating close collaboration and information-sharing between the People and Work team members across all countries. It requires a proactive, market and client-facing approach, assisting the teams in establishing stronger client relationships and an external network of contacts and targets to help drive profitable new business and improve the group's market profile.
Key responsibilities include:
- EPG strategy: Working closely with EPG heads to develop and implement the group's international strategy and business plan; driving execution and communication of the strategy; monitoring progress against goals; and providing robust, commercial BD guidance to EPG leadership internationally.
- Client relationship management and targeting: Leading the EPG client development programme; originating BD opportunities; developing international client and intermediary targeting programmes; building external relationships; and supporting client listening initiatives to promote retention and growth.
- Campaign delivery, profile raising and cross-selling: Leading campaign development and delivery; managing the full campaign lifecycle; collaborating with PR, Events and Digital teams; and strengthening the EPG's market profile and digital presence.
- Market research and business analysis: Undertaking business analysis to support planning and BD initiatives; providing insight on European practice developments and opportunities; and channelling market intelligence to clients and targets.
- Marketing infrastructure: Overseeing EPG marketing collateral, intranet and website content, newsletters, client mailing lists, credentials databases and CRM usage; managing the BD & Marketing budget; supporting events.
