The successful candidates will be able to manage challenging workloads and work under pressure across a number of practice areas including Regulatory, Dispute Resolution, Technology and Data, Personal Injury/Medical Negligence, Corporate and Real Estate. This role will require working on high profile matters with our London, Manchester and Birmingham offices as well as with our European and US offices, alongside teams that are market leaders in their field known for providing a first-class level of service. You will be joining our exciting team of Belfast based Legal Professionals who work across numerous sectors of Law providing support to the UK and European offices. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience across multiple practice areas, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What can you expect?
- Drafting, reviewing and preparing documentation
- Data extraction and contract analysis
- Drafting non-complex corporate documents, including ancillary documents
- Supporting regulatory matters ranging from public inquiries and inquests to professional discipline
- Document review; assisting with Data Subject Access Requests and e-disclosure requirements
- Working with legal technology tools
- Project management
- Interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements
- Liaising with clients and third parties in both written and verbal format
- Preparing electronic bundles
- Liaising with Land Registry and various banks to register legal and equitable charges
- Ad-hoc company searches, etc. in support of legal opinions or as part of due diligence

A bit about you
- A minimum of 12 months experience of working as a Paralegal / Legal Professional.
- Strong educational background and law degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 preferable.
- Document review experience and a solid understanding of privilege preferable.
- Experience in dispute resolution or personal injury / medical negligence preferable.
- Experience handling a varied and busy workload.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
