The Vacancy
The European Practice Group (EPG) Executive Support Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the European Practice Group leadership, with a particular focus on supporting the European Practice Group Lead in driving cross-border collaboration, integration, and the successful delivery of the EPG Pilot. This role is central to enabling seamless cooperation across the firm's international network and strengthening our ability to offer a unified, multi-jurisdictional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support & Coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the European Practice Group Lead, including diary management, meeting preparation, document support, and coordination with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with planning and organising leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and cross-border working discussions.
- Prepare agendas, notes, action points, and follow-up communications to support timely and effective leadership decisions.
- Act as an administrative link between EPG members across Europe to ensure efficient communication and information flow.
- Coordinate calls, workshops, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions designed to strengthen collaboration across offices.
- Support the process of gathering feedback, ideas, and contributions from lawyers and business professionals across the firm.
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing delivery of EPG initiatives that enhance integration, service consistency, and cross-jurisdictional client work.
- Manage project timelines, actions, and logistics for both the EPG Pilot phase and subsequent development stages.
- Maintain shared EPG resources, documentation, and organisational tools to support structured and effective collaboration.
