The Vacancy Join Fieldfisher as a Senior Inclusion Executive!
The Senior Inclusion Executive sits within Fieldfisher's Inclusion Team, a team of four comprising the Head of Inclusion, two Senior Inclusion Executives, and an Inclusion Assistant.
The team forms part of the wider Sustainability & ESG (SESG) Department, which brings together the firm's activities across: People - Inclusion Planet - Climate and Environment Purpose and Prosperity - Our legal services and Pro bono and Communities Governance and Sustainability Systems.
This role is accountable for driving the delivery and embedding of the firm's Inclusion strategy across the UK and European offices.
Operating with autonomy, the Senior Inclusion Executive will lead the end-to-end execution of inclusion priorities, translating strategy into impactful programmes, campaigns and communications that are visible, measurable and aligned to business objectives.
Working in close partnership with the Head of Inclusion and wider inclusion team, you will take ownership of planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring momentum is maintained across multiple workstreams.
You will be supported by the team Inclusion Assistant, enabling you to focus on strategic execution, prioritisation and driving outcomes.
We are looking for a confident, pragmatic and delivery-focused Senior Inclusion Executive who can independently manage projects, engage stakeholders, and translate complex inclusion topics, data, and lived experience into clear, compelling, and balanced business and people-focused narrative, goals, project plans and concrete actions.
