Fieldfisher Condor is the legal solutions division of Fieldfisher LLP, designed to deliver high-quality, scalable and cost-effective services that complement and enhance traditional legal advice. We operate across four core verticals: flexible resourcing, document review, legal technology and contract negotiation, each built to support our clients with practical, efficient and expertly delivered solutions. What sets us apart is our unique position: we provide the operational strength and agility of a specialist legal services provider, backed by the breadth, depth and assurance of a leading international law firm. This combination enables us to apply both technical expertise and commercial insight to every matter, giving clients a seamlessly integrated, end-to-end service.
As a Legal Solutions Analyst, you’ll help improve legal processes by providing solutions across all internal Fieldfisher Practices but also working direct to clients. The role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and process improvement. This role will harness the configuration of legal technology tools, analyse workflows to optimise legal processes, and drive efficiency across legal operations. You’ll work closely with senior team members to gather requirements, test solutions, and provide user support. This role is hands-on and collaborative, giving you the opportunity to learn legal systems, build technical skills, and contribute to continuous improvements across the legal function.
You’re a curious, proactive problem-solver with a genuine interest in how technology can transform the legal world. You enjoy working with data, learning new tools, and supporting others, and you’re comfortable using platforms like Excel, HighQ, and PowerPoint to create clear, structured outputs. You stay aware of emerging legal tech trends and are particularly excited about the growing role of AI in legal work. You communicate well, collaborate confidently with different teams, and bring a positive, learning-focused mindset to every project.
Candidates should have:
- A background as a law or business graduate or over 2 years' experience in legal or a commercial sector would be advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets, basic formulas, data manipulation, and reporting including data visualisation charts.
- Familiarity with Matter Management Systems (e.g. HighQ).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, well-structured presentations.
- Interest in emerging legal technology trends, with a curiosity to utilise digital tools to enhance legal projects.
- Keen interest in AI and its impact on the legal sector, including applications in document review, research, automation, and workflow optimisation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down processes and identify improvements.
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with both technical and legal stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and methods used in legal operations and legal tech.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, including efficient mailbox management and the ability to work to deadlines.
