As a Practice Administration apprentice, you will....
- Process expenses and invoices ensuring that the correct charge codes are used and follow up action taken where appropriate
- Raise billing guides and assist with the billing process
- Electronic filing
- Conduct research
- Create firmwide marketing communications and event invitations
- Upkeep and maintenance of the firms Interaction database including inputting business cards/data as appropriate
- Proofread all work to ensure accuracy, correct layout etc.
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, IT and Maths grades 9-6 (A-C)
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
