The Business Analyst (Business Transformation) will play a pivotal role in analysing, designing, and delivering change across the firm. Working closely with stakeholders across business services teams, this role ensures that initiatives are aligned with the firm's strategic goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client service delivery. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and insight to complex challenges and support the firm through ongoing transformation - whether process improvement, technology enablement, operating model redesign, or cultural change.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Insight
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements across business services areas.
- Analyse current-state processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Map "as-is" and design "to-be" workflows, incorporating efficiency, automation, and user-centric design.
- Support business case development, including ROI modelling and impact analysis.
- Work with the business transformation team to support day-to-day project activities and delivery cycles, covering duties such as responding to user requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data integrity in digital systems.
- Contribute to project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, testing scripts, and progress reports.
- Participate in UAT, change readiness assessments, training support, and post-go-live reviews.
- Act as a liaison between teams across business services, notably Finance, IT, HR, Risk and Legal Support to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit business needs and validate solutions.
- Build strong working relationships at partner, director, and operational levels.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and insights.
