We are currently seeking an financial services paralegal to support a key client project. This opportunity is suitable for consultants with at least two years' experience negotiating master agreements, including ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA documentation, and a proven ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote role for an initial six-month term with an urgent start. Consultants must be available to work US business hours and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across North American teams. Previous experience supporting global financial institutions and managing high volumes of negotiations will be advantageous.
