Condor Resourcing is the ‘people’ resource of Fieldfisher Condor's suite of solutions. We address a need when organisations find their in‑house legal resources stretched, or where there is a requirement for a lawyer with specific technical skills for a task or project. We support Legal Consultants seeking a varied and flexible career, without sacrificing quality of work, all with the support of a European law firm.
We are seeking a junior to mid‑level commercial lawyer to support one of our international corporate clients on a six‑month secondment. This role offers excellent exposure to a fast‑moving consumer environment and the opportunity to take on varied, hands‑on commercial work.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. supply, distribution, procurement, marketing, and services agreements).
- Supporting BAU commercial activity and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Due to the level of responsibility offered, this role would suit a commercial solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE who has the following experience and skills:
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts, whether gained in private practice or in‑house.
- Able to work independently and manage workload confidently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a global business.
