We are currently supporting a data-driven technology business that is seeking an interim lawyer to support on a long term contract.

The role:

You will work closely with a senior legal counsel and wider business teams. Your remit will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and technology licensing
• Advising on data privacy and product matters
• Providing pragmatic legal advice to enable growth and manage risk

About you:

• 2–6 years’ PQE with experience in SaaS/technology agreements
• Strong understanding of data protection in tech
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment

This is a remote position and we are keen to speak to mid-level lawyers that are available to start a new contract in January 2026.
