We address a need when organisations find their in-house legal resources stretched, or there is a need for a lawyer with specific technical skills for a task or project. We support Legal Consultants who are looking for a varied and flexible career, without sacrificing on quality of work, all with the support of a leading European law firm.
We are currently supporting a high-growth fintech that is seeking the assistance of an interim lawyer over the next three months. This hire will work closely with the General Counsel and your remit will include:
- Corporate transactions, fundraising, and structured finance
- Regulatory, payments, and commercial matters
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role in a fast-paced environment. The level of responsibility offered would suit a legal consultant with 2-6 years PQE with a background in corporate and commercial for FS clients.
