Overview
As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape intuitive experiences for Momence’s software products, collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate user needs into engaging interfaces. You contribute to user research, information architecture, and design systems to ensure consistency across experiences. You’ll craft wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand guidelines while staying current with design trends. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-moving, cross-functional team that values user-centered problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and secure buy-in.
- Conduct user research, analyze insights, and apply findings to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows; iterate based on feedback and usability testing.
- Design visually appealing, consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Structure information through information architecture; design user flows and navigation.
- Contribute to design systems and guidelines for consistency and efficient design processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and elevate user experience.
Key requirements
- 3 years of UX/UI or product design experience
- Portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality designs
