b Overview /b p In this Finance role, you will own the month-end close and related obligations, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting for the group. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to maintain IFRS-compliant financials and drive process automation. This fully remote UK position offers a chance to impact financial operations at scale and contribute to the company’s growth journey. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Paid Parental Leave /li li #GiveBackDays/volunteering days /li li Diversity Inclusion initiatives /li li free mental health support /li li Flexible working arrangements /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage the general ledger and monthly balance sheet, banking and inter-company reconciliations /li li Produce IFRS consolidated results and standalone financial statements /li li Ensure Group compliance with accounting standards for financial accounting and reporting /li li Prepare monthly financial reports (balance sheet, P L, cashflow, internal management reports) /li li Complete monthly prepayments, accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules /li li Liaise with external auditors, bank managers, ONS and tax specialists /li li Assist in process improvement and systems enhancements /li li Proactively identify new initiatives to benefit the organization /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 3–5 years of accounting experience /li li Experience in a Chartered Accounting firm is advantageous /li li APAC region exposure is highly desirable /li li Strong commercial acumen with understanding of business operations /li li Highly organized and deadline-driven with attention to detail /li li Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities /li li Confident negotiator with ability to build relationships /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li li Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and anomalies /li li Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools /li li Professional accounting qualification, or actively working towards one (e.g. AAT or ACCA) /li /ul ul li curious /li li empathetic /li li positive outlook /li li Excel advanced /li li financial reporting tools /li li IFRS accounting standards /li /ul
