This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Shifts: Full-time hours per week and a range of Part Time Hours (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis).
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour and after training rises to £13.50 per hour.

What’s involved as a Health Care Practitioner? You’ll care for people with various complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. We aim to empower individuals to be as involved as they can be in control of their life, providing personal care, maintaining health needs, hygiene, and keeping things tidy and safe.
As a Health Care Practitioner, you will work alongside Registered Nurses in Nursing settings, helping the Home Manager / Nurse in Charge deliver safe and effective nursing care. You’ll take charge of a specified clinical area (e.g., floor or unit) and ensure it is managed safely and effectively. You will administer medication safely and effectively with the support of a Registered Nurse and maintain clear and accurate records in relation to medication and the well-being of the people who live with us.
