What is involved?
As a Health Care Practitioner Level 3, you will care for people with various complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. You'll provide personal care, maintain health needs and hygiene, and keep things tidy and safe. You will work alongside Registered Nurses, helping deliver safe and effective nursing care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medication safely and effectively with the support of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records related to medication administration and the well-being of the people you care for.
- Empowering individuals to be as involved as they can be in control of their life.
