Job Overview
Shifts: Monday to Sunday on a rota basis

Role Responsibilities
- Assess each resident\'s physical, psychological, and social needs and develop a care plan.
- Continuously evaluate care needs and ensure that care plans and records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide daily visits to assess individual needs and assist service users to maximize their comfort and dignity.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary shift team, supervising staff and guiding their development.
