Deputy Manager Ofsted Regulated Home in Hatfield Hertfordshire AL10 Deputy Manager Required for our new Ofsted Regulated 2 Bed Home in Hatfield supporting 8-18s with EBD and challenging behaviour.£32-£35k Job Title Deputy Manager Location – Dunstable Experience – Min of 2yrs in previous role as SSW or DM in a EBD Home. Qualification – Min level 3 diploma in Children & Young People and working towards level 5. Shift Pattern – We require flexibility from potential candidates as in Days, Night(Wake or sleep in), weekend and bank holidays. Generally (Apply online only) working every other weekend Salary: Competitive – annual salary £32k-£35k plus occasional sleeps * The focus of our service delivery is to help and support our clients to develop their independent living skills whilst in transition towards adulthood and being able to manage their own tenancy in the community effectively. * We are obliged to ensure its policies and procedures are aimed at safeguarding the service users. * Our new 2 bed Ofsted regulated home supports 1/2 children and is Ofsted Deputy Manager role * To deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager. To support and manage the staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people. To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate. To be the responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people. To offer supervision and support to other staff in line with Quality Standards. * All young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way.
