Our teams collaborate directly with retailers and consumers in the field to enhance brand visibility, boost sales and penetrate new markets.
We are actively seeking confident and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will represent leading brands across the vape, nicotine pouch, and FMCG sectors. Your responsibilities will include visiting retailers, promoting products and supporting in-store activations. This is a dynamic, high-energy field position, perfectly suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with new people and are driven by performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Visit convenience stores, vape shops and various retail outlets
- Introduce and promote brand products effectively
- Cultivate strong relationships with store owners and staff
- Support product placements and optimize point-of-sale displays
- Distribute promotional materials and product samples
- Accurately record store visits and results using our CRM system
- Assist with brand activations and promotional campaigns
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable operating in a field-based sales environment
- Self-motivated and highly reliable
- Capable of working independently
- Previous sales or promotional experience is advantageous, though not essential
