Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping function to ensure our learning location is consistently clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.
- Manage, motivate and support the housekeeping team.
- Take an active role in recruiting, training and developing team members.
- Prepare staff rotas and plan deep‑cleaning schedules.
- Organise guest room changes and ensure smooth changeovers.
- Work alongside your team during day‑to‑day housekeeping, leading by example.
- Contribute to a flexible, positive work environment where everyone supports each other to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
- Ideally you will have a hospitality background and supervisory or management experience.
