Responsibilities
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Preparing rooms for guests, including making beds, providing towels, and restocking tea/coffee facilities
- Ensuring public areas such as corridors and classrooms are neat, tidy, and well-presented
- Setting up the dining room for meals
- Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and service
- Keeping the dining, kitchen, and tea/coffee areas clean and stocked

Location
Rhyd-y-Creuau sits in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, surrounded by rugged peaks, quiet valleys and the dramatic North Wales coastline. It feels wonderfully remote but is easy to reach, with the A55 a short drive away and Betws‑y‑Coed station just a simple, flat 1 km walk from the centre. Our 2.2‑hectare estate includes woodland paths, a biodiversity garden, ponds, streams and a cosy campfire circle, creating a relaxed and inspiring place to work.

Salary & Contract
Salary: £24,785 per year (FTE)
Contract: Permanent Seasonal contract (February to November); Average 30 hours per week, with variation during peak and quieter weeks
Accommodation available for live‑in staff
Flexible to follow other interests and pursuits over the winter months

Starting salary is circa £24,785 per annum, equating to £12.71 per hour
