A successful QHSE Manager Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across the project. The role ensures legal and regulatory compliance, manages risk assessments and permits to work, conducts audits and inspections, investigates incidents, and drives corrective actions. It also involves monitoring contractor performance, improving safety culture, and reporting key performance indicators to senior management and clients.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle multiple projects and/or job sites simultaneously.
- Demonstrates commitment and adherence to Corporate HSE policies and guidelines.
- Provision of technical, construction and installation HSE guidance across the project.
- Monitoring Contractors, sub-contractors and vendors HSE management systems and plans, ensuring internal compliance.
- Monitoring the HSE performance of the project, trending statistics, identifying initiatives to reverse adverse trends.
Skills and knowledge required to succeed:
- First Aid
- NEBOSH General Cert or Equivalent
- Extensive Experience in HSE (15+ Years)
What do we offer?
- 6 Month Contract, Potential to extend
- 300-400 per day (negotiable)
- 5 day a week working schedule, 10 hours per day
