As a QA/QC Completions Manager, your duty will be to oversee quality control during the final stages of a project, ensuring systems are inspected, tested, and documented before handover. You will manage completion processes, track punch lists, verify compliance with specifications, coordinate with construction and commissioning teams, and ensure all quality records and certifications are in place for client acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the review, collation, development and assembly of all the necessary documentation required for the preparation of Final Data Handover Packs for each individual work scope across all phases of construction on the Project.
- This includes the preparation of construction and installation procedures and philosophies in accordance with the Client's requirements in respect to the Project and to ensure a safe and compliant execution.
- Manage the document control system and ProjectTools.
- Conduct QA / QC checks on sub-contractor documentation.
- Interface with the third-party verification authority.
