We are supporting a specialist engineering and marine services organisation in the search for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of complex offshore infrastructure projects.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing project execution, vessel operations, subcontractors, and client relationships across a portfolio of marine and subsea works.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety standards, and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of offshore infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Manage offshore teams, marine assets, and specialist subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, work methods, and supporting documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and key suppliers.
- Provide operational and technical input during tender and bid activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.

Requirements

- Commercial awareness with experience supporting tenders and project planning activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
