Workshop Repair Engineer (Electronics)

We are seeking a Workshop Repair Engineer for a global leading service provider.

This role will be based onsite in their Berkshire workshop working in a team of electronics engineers

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Testing, repair, and calibration of a wide range of Medical Devices
  • Troubleshooting to diagnose electric faults at component level
  • Follow procedures and technical drawings where applicable working in a team environment.
  • Maintain internal documentation and ensure service records are kept up to date.

Essential Experience

  • Experience working with electronic devices in a workshop or field based environment.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

Desirable Experience

  • HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a workshop environment
