We are looking for a Trainee Field Engineer for a leading technology manufacturer organisation. This company is a growing and forward-thinking service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance and networking of IT and Photocopiers
- Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
- Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
- Providing an exceptional customer service
Essential Experience:
- It is essential you are currently an engineer either on-site or in the field in a similar role.
- Excellent IT / Networking skills
- Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience:
- Manufacturer trained on any of the IT/Printer Machines/Manufacturers
- Experience on IT solutions
