Photocopier Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This company is a growing and forward-thinking service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
2. Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
3. Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
4. Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience:

1. It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
2. Excellent IT / Networking skills
3. Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
4. Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience:

1. Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines: Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
2. Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
