We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Engineer for a global leading service provider. This role will be based onsite in Central London working at a prestigious hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onsite and remote troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration and repairs on medical equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and modifications or upgrades in certain time frames.
- Support the site manager / team leader as required and in achieving contractual KPI’s.
- Complete repairs as required on medical equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
Essential Experience:
- Three years’ work experience in the medical device or life sciences industries is preferred.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
Desirable Experience:
- HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Qualification in Engineering, electronics or medical technologies such as biomedical engineering.
