We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a global leading construction business working on a one of a kind, ground breaking construction project in the region. In this role you will be supporting the Construction Manager with day to day activities onsite.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Day to day site management activities
- Ensure all site procedures and practices are followed and completing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety Management Plan and BAM Operating Procedures.
- Manage direct and sub contract labour and the keeping of records and allocation sheets.
- Advice on buildability issues as required.
- Attend and support weekly site meetings, promoting communication, standards, and safety.
- Maintain site presentation, secure necessary documentation, and manage site inductions for all personnel.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working on construction sites in a supervisory capacity.
- Civils & M&E experience
- Good knowledge of H&S, temporary works & quality assurance
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- Valid SMSTS Certificate

- NVQ Construction Management
- CITB Managers and Professionals & CSCS card
