IT/Printer Support Technician We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in the North-East region, to work for a large reseller of office technology. This role comes with a fantastic progression opportunity for an IT professional who is looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career in the industry. Key Responsibilities * Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK. * Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including; Hardware, Network and Infrastructure faults. * Configuring new user IT/Telecoms/Print equipment * Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries. * Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner. Essential Skills * Proven experience in hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution. * Desire to continually enhance job knowledge and skills (Ongoing Training Provided) * A high degree of enthusiasm and self-motivation * Experience or qualifications in IT related disciplines (Microsoft, Active Directory, VMware, Infrastructure etc) Desirable Skills * Experience in an IT support role * IT college or degree related course * Microsoft certifications or equivalent KEY WORDS: IT, IT SUPPORT, MICROSOFT, NETWORKING, TROUBLESHOOT, HELPDESK, REMOTE, COMPUTER
