Key Responsibilities

Service, maintenance and installation of White Goods Equipment

Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region

Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs

Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience

It is essential you are currently an engineer working on white goods equipment (washers, dryers, dishwashers, electric cooking and refrigeration inc ref systems)

Good knowledge of Inspections and quality control

Ability to update hand held devices and tablets to update service records

Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

Experience working on Multi-brands

2+ years experience in White Goods holding relevant accreditations
