We are currently seeking an experienced 1st Line IT Support Technician in the Hertford region, to work for a 50+ million turnover office technology business. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK.
  • Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including hardware, network and infrastructure faults.
  • Configuring new user IT/Telecoms/Print equipment.
  • Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution.
