For this role you will need a blend of being technically proficient, being a great communicator, able to help your colleagues and be the technical lead with 2nd or 3rd line issues. If all the above sounds like you, then we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Role or 3 years’ experience in an MSP.
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft Servers and Hyper-V
  • Strong knowledge of Networks
  • Good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products
  • In depth technical experience of Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
  • Experience of Microsoft EMS 365 Technologies: Azure Active Directory, Intune, Information Protection
  • Being part of the escalation team of any technical issues and finding solutions to technical issues
Preferred Qualifications/Experience with:
  • Microsoft Certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • ITIL Foundation
