We’re growing our Dispute Resolution Team at Field Seymour Parkes LLP and are looking for a talented solicitor with strong litigation experience to join us — either as a future partner or someone ready to step into that role now.
This is a key hire as part of succession planning within a well-established and highly regarded team.
Who We\’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with 4+ years’ PQE and a solid track record in commercial litigation. You may already be operating at partner level or be ready to take that next step in a team that will support and challenge you.
You’ll have experience in, or be willing to develop your ability to undertake, a broad mix of disputes, which may include:
- Shareholder and boardroom disputes
- Commercial contract claims
- Insolvency litigation
- Professional negligence
- Breach of warranty claims
- Post-termination restrictions
- IP and cross-border disputes
- Unfair prejudice petitions
- Injunctive relief
- International arbitration
You’ll work collaboratively on larger matters and take ownership of your own caseload, with the opportunity to develop your practice and client base further.

- Hard-working, commercially-minded, and solution-focused
- Able to handle (in line with your experience level) complex and high-value litigation
- Capable of working independently and mentoring others
- Willingness to engage in peer-to-peer discussions with senior colleagues
- A network of clients or referrers — or a proven track record in winning work
