Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience in contentious probate work is required.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, including Inheritance Act claims (Claimant and Defendant), challenges to Will validity, and executor/administrator disputes.
- Handle estate administration disputes, Court of Protection disputes, and various types of trust disputes.
- Run own cases while collaborating with colleagues on large matters.
- Work under the supervision of the Head of the Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team, a Legal 500 Leading Individual.
