Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a Category Sales Development Manager. Are you articulate, tenacious, and action-driven? If so, then we want to hear from you! We are a well-respected and leading field marketing company, recognized with multiple awards including three times winner of the FMBE Field Marketing Agency of the Year. We partner with leading brands, and due to team expansion, we are recruiting for a Category Sales Development Manager with our client Procter & Gamble.

Role Details:

  • Team: Perfect Store Team - Electrical & Skin Category (Oral B, Braun & Olay)
  • Salary: £27,300 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card
  • Location: Ideally in Colchester
  • Territory: CB9 / CM1 / CM2 / CM6 / CM9 / CM77 / CO1 / CO3 / CO4 / CO10 / CO15 / IP1 / IP3 / IP5 / IP8 / IP11 / IP14

We seek a focused individual to become a category expert in Electrical, Beauty, & Skin Care, ensuring product availability, educating store staff, and driving sales through excellent in-store execution. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to build relationships, negotiate, and develop the category effectively.

Responsibilities include influencing product availability and visibility, creating in-store excellence, building relationships with store decision-makers, analyzing sales performance, and providing category insights. This role involves regular communication with your Regional Manager and is primarily field-based, requiring self-motivation and organization.
