Field Sales Solutions, a multi-award-winning field marketing agency, is partnering with Procter & Gamble to recruit a Category Development Manager for Central London, working within our Electrical, Beauty & Skin Category.
The role:
- Act as a category expert across key London stores.
- Drive Oral B, Olay & Braun sales and availability by building senior store relationships and ensuring corporate agreements are followed.
- Analyse EPOS and availability data to identify issues, implement solutions, and track ROI.
- Conduct stock checks, correct inaccuracies, and ensure fixtures meet agreed plans.
- Train and influence store staff on category knowledge, NPD, and best practice.
- Present insights and solutions at regional retailer meetings to reduce shrink and improve compliance.
- Collaborate with P&G’s Availability Manager on special projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in grocery, high-street retail, or FMCG sales.
- Knowledge of category management and retail processes.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a full UK driving licence.
