Field Sales Representative – Gillette As part of an exciting expansion, join Field Sales Solutions, an award‑winning field marketing agency, in partnership with Procter & Gamble. We’re looking for a motivated, articulate individual to drive sales and deliver outstanding in‑store execution for Gillette.

Location: OLDHAM (BB 4, BL 9, M 1, M 4, M 5, M 6, M 8, M 9, M 11, M 15, M 18, M 19, M 24, M 25, M 26, M 34, M 35, OL 1, OL 2, OL 6, OL 9, OL11, OL12, OL16, SK 1, SK 4, SK13, SK14, SK15)

What you’ll do

  • Execute Gillette’s field sales strategy across your territory
  • Ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, and compliant fixtures
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
  • Use EPOS data to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Conduct business reviews to drive category growth
  • Deliver training to store teams on products and initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Experience in grocery or high‑street retail and category management
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and develop sales opportunities
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and confident working independently
