The Brand Ambassador leads activation and education to drive rate of sale across the region's key customers. Executing activation such as merchandising, staff training and consumer engagement, while partnering closely with the city teams to drive brand visibility, engage with consumers, and create value for customers. You will bring Juul Labs mission to life: To transition the worlds billion adult smokers away from combustible cigarettes, eliminate their use, and combat underage usage of our products. In a highly regulated and fast-moving market, you are there to ensure that JUUL is the primary choice for adult smokers looking for an alternative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execution Excellence: Ensure every brand touchpoint is delivered to the highest standard across all channels and opportunities. You will provide expert training to staff and work relentlessly to grow the brand's presence in your region.
- Activation: Responsible for brilliant basics in activation across all touch points in the region. Merchandising, ensuring the product is visible, correctly stocked, and easy for the adult consumer to find, ultimately driving consistent sales growth, while ensuring brand awareness across city activations.
- Consumer Engagement: Directly engage with adult smokers looking for an alternative to combustible cigarettes. You will provide clear information through in-store and regional interactions.
- Education & Responsible Retailing: Lead the industry in compliance and standards. You will empower retailers through brand and category education, ensuring they are equipped to make informed recommendations and uphold strict Challenge 25 protocols.
- Insight-Led: Track performance and monitor category activation, providing actionable feedback to the city team to help shape the brands local strategy.
