This is a Full-Time Field Executive role offering great benefits, attractive rewards and real progression opportunities with a world-renowned name in confectionery.
Present in the UK since 1966 and part of a leading global company, Ferrero UK is recognised for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella and Kinder Surprise: unique brands which are well loved throughout the UK. They have asked Field Sales Solutions (FSS) to find talented people to join their Test Team, measuring and enhancing the success of test products in retail outlets including chilled.
Your role:
– Calling on Grocery outlets as part of a test team for Ferrero, forecasting orders, checking compliance and identifying areas for improvement
– Auditing category promotions and displays, implementing on merchandising best practice and delivering additional stock where required
– Ensuring that retailers have a good understanding of our product portfolio
– Building strong relationships with Store Managers and Teams to establish product on fixture to achieve rate of sale
Your skills:
– Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, reliable and committed to your customers
– Proven track record in Field Marketing or Sales is essential – preferably FMCG
– Communication skills to build strong relationships and provide good customer service
– The ability to use a PDA/tablet, follow clear procedures and maintain accurate product/sales data
