We’re looking for an ML / QA Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing expansion of our modern Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse analytics and machine learning platform. This role sits at the intersection of data quality, testing, and analytics assurance. It’s ideal for someone with QA or data validation experience who wants to step up and take broader ownership as our platform rolls out to new partners and regions. You’ll work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to ensure that datasets, transformations, and ML outputs are accurate, trusted, and ready for business use.

What You’ll Work On

  • Owning and evolving QA and data validation processes for analytics and ML solutions.
  • Running data quality checks across ingestion, Lakehouse layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold), and reporting outputs.
  • Validating new partner/regional datasets, mappings, and business definitions.
  • Supporting Data Science with model input/output checks, performance sanity checks, and alert quality monitoring.
  • Monitoring data and model stability, highlighting drift, anomalies, and emerging quality risks.
  • Investigating data issues from users or partners and coordinating resolution.
  • Planning and coordinating UAT for new datasets, platform enhancements, and reporting changes.
  • Ensuring dashboards (Power BI) correctly surface ML and analytics outputs.
  • Maintaining clear documentation, test artefacts, and simple runbooks.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in QA/Test, Data QA, or BI QA roles.
  • Strong SQL skills for validation and investigation.
  • Confidence testing data pipelines and transformations.
  • An analytical mindset with enough statistical awareness to follow ML performance discussions.
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable

  • Exposure to analytics or machine learning projects.
  • Interest in model validation, data/model drift, and monitoring concepts.
  • Familiarity with notebook environments (e.g., Fabric Notebooks, Jupyter).
  • Experience supporting analytics across multiple partners or regions.

Why Join Us?

  • Permanent role with long term value as the platform scales.
  • Meaningful ownership of quality processes across our analytics estate.
  • Hands on exposure to ML assurance in a real commercial environment.
  • Collaborative team with opportunities to grow your skill set.
  • Flexible, people focused working culture.
